Jennifer Agee is responsible for the strategic development and overall account management for Blue Edge RPO. In her role, she works closely with our clients’ to understand their strategic talent acquisition objectives and deliverables. She then assembles the appropriate recruitment management and service delivery teams, ensuring service metrics, timelines and budgets are met.

Ms. Agee has held various recruitment leadership positions including Global Director of corporate recruiting for an international marketing services company hiring more than 25,000 employees annually, as well as a variety of RPO and staffing management roles within Atterro.

As Vice President of the Atterro Division of Pro Staff in Kansas City and Des Moines, Beth Aebersold is responsible for managing account development and service delivery, as well as promoting the value and services provided by our Talent and Associates.

Ms. Aebersold has led national award-winning teams at Pro Staff since 1996 and rejoined Pro Staff after pursuing an opportunity as a Corporate Recruitment Manager for a large health care provider. She heads up Pro Staff, renowned for administrative and light industrial staffing in the Kansas City Metro Area and Des Moines, Iowa.

As Major Account Executive, Michelle Bruce is responsible for account development focused on Atterro’s Contingent Workforce SmartSourcing, delivering customized solutions for businesses for the management of their contingent workforce during shifting business cycles, market fluctuations and regulation updates.

Ms. Bruce has been a successful Business Development Manager for Pro Staff since 2007, servicing large volume accounts throughout Texas. Prior to joining Atterro, Ms. Bruce has worked in sales management roles for over 15 years.

As Pro Staff’s Vice President of the Minnesota market, Jody Christiansen is responsible for managing account development and service delivery and promoting the value and services provided by Pro Staff’s Administrative and Light Industrial specialty to customers and talent.

Ms. Christiansen has been a member of the Pro Staff team for 16 years. She has served in a number of roles including Group Managing Director, Business Development Manager, and Onsite Recruiter. She has a proven track record as a top producer which has led to her success in developing winning teams.

As Vice President, Kim Connors is responsible for executing the strategies and initiatives for Atterro’s Contingent Workforce SmartSourcing customers. Ms. Connors has a proven track record building and developing high-performance service delivery teams and specializes in multi-site installations.

For the last 16 years, Ms. Connors has held a series of senior management roles within the staffing industry. Her proficiency and experience in large-scale implementations, solution design, and service delivery create a value proposition to customers that includes improved profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

As Vice President of Hunter Hamilton, Michelle Decker is responsible for account development, service delivery and promoting the value of the full-range of professional recruiting services offered to businesses and talent.

Ms. Decker has been with Hunter Hamilton for 13 years in multiple roles as a recruiter, business development manager and sales director. Her many successful years as a top sales leader in the Financial and Accounting division earned her a National Award and contributed significantly to the growth of this division.

Mr. Karr has been a member of the Pro Staff team since July 2013. During his 15 years of tenure in the staffing industry he has held leadership positions with responsibility for Texas and Louisiana markets as well as national management responsibilities. He has served as an officer on several boards to include the Texas Association of Staffing and is currently the Chair for the Greater Houston Business Leadership Network.

Sal Rampelli is responsible for the vision and direction of Technical ProSource, Atterro's Information Technology specialty services division, which provides exceptionally well-qualified IT professionals to organizations in the Houston area and beyond.

Mr. Rampelli has more than 20 years' experience in the staffing industry and has been with Technical ProSource for 13 years. His background spans sales management, new market development and establishment of operational best practices. He has been recognized for outstanding contributions throughout his career, receiving prestigious awards for both sales and leadership. Mr. Rampelli employs a strategic and realistic approach to team development and client relationships to achieve consistent, long-term growth in the markets served by the Technical ProSource division.

As Vice President Business Development for SmartSourcing Services, Joshua Smith is responsible for new account acquisition, account managment, and service delivery throughout the United States. Mr. Smith provides sales/service support accross six unique divisions of Atterro Human Capital Group - Blue Edge RPO, Digital People, Hunter Hamilton, Pro Staff, Technical ProSource, and Ware Technology Services.

Mr. Smith has been a member of the Atterro team since 2004. During his tenure, he has held positions including Talent Manager, Business Development Manager, Managing Director, Group Managing Director, Sales Director, General Manager, and Vice President of Atterro's Administrative & Light Industrial division in North Texas. His extensive experience in the staffing industry has contributed to the growth of the Pro Staff brand throughout Texas, and nationally.
